 一、Project Background

An electronics factory in Zhuhai, Guangdong needs to detect the particle size, temperature and humidity of the production workshop. There is a network cable on site, and wired transmission is used to store the collected data locally for viewing.

二、Project technical solution

Since the customer has high requirements for the particle measurement range and requires wired transmission, this project uses the network port version of the high-precision cleanliness tester provided by our company (DAQ-GP-CLXX-H series, modbus protocol, standard temperature and humidity sensors, optional pressure sensor), with general industrial acquisition software deployed on the local server, and stores the data in the database according to the acquisition frequency required by the customer.

三、Project Implementation Process

1、The owner first installs the cleanliness tester equipment at the place where the test is required


 

2. Provide a computer or local server that can install general industrial acquisition software to ensure access to the two detectors, which will then be remotely installed and debugged by our company.
