Flue gas monitoring data converted to IEC104 protocol and connected to the power bureau platform - Guoneng Chifeng biomass power generation project

 

Project Requirements

Project background: The environmental protection data of Guoneng Chifeng Biomass Power Generation Company has been connected to the environmental protection data acquisition instrument and connected to the Environmental Protection Bureau platform through the HJ212 protocol.

According to policy requirements, flue gas data needs to be uploaded, forwarded and connected to the power bureau platform.

The flue gas meter uses the modbus protocol/232 interface and needs to be converted to the IEC 104 protocol and forwarded to the power bureau platform.

Project Implementation

1. The Digital IoT Company provides the protocol conversion gateway to the customer .

2. After receiving the gateway , the customer cooperates with our technicians to install the wiring and provide a collection point table . The technicians will remotely configure the protocol gateway . (See the figure below)

3. Switch to 104 protocol by configuring the gateway


 

4. Uploaded to the power bureau platform, due to customer data confidentiality issues, use PMA protocol software simulation test, see the figure below.
