1 Project Background

Shanghai Internet of Things Industry Association (SIOT) is a non-profit social group legal person voluntarily formed by the city's Internet of Things industry peers and other related economic organizations to implement industry services and self-discipline management. It was registered and established in Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Social Organizations in 2012 with the approval of Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission .

2 Project demand research and analysis

Project 1: Visual Remote Monitoring

Scenario operation description: The camera collects images to identify the mechanical thermometer, and the numerical value is displayed on the computer.

Project 2: Wireless Flexible Monitoring

Scenario operation description: Use remote smart sensors to collect data from a variety of wireless smart sensors such as temperature, humidity, and light intensity, and display them on the computer and mobile terminals.

3 Project plan

For the visual remote monitoring project, considering that there is a WiFi network and a 220V power supply on site, the hardware uses the WiFi wireless timed photo camera provided by our company. The camera is fixed with a bracket selected according to the on-site environment. The mechanical thermometer is aimed at to take pictures, and the pictures are transferred to the remote FTP server. The recognition software in the same network segment as the camera starts image recognition.

For wireless flexible monitoring projects, our company provides temperature and humidity sensors, immersive liquid level sensors, light intensity sensors, and laser ranging sensors as hardware, and 4G transmission is used to display data on our cloud platform.
