Fanuc CNC machine tools feature a data acquisition PCMCIA network card that monitors real-time machine operating status and alarms. A serial rotary R045 network port allows real-time monitoring of machine status. Machine tool states are typically categorized into four modes: Off (power off), Idle (not processing), Running (processing), and Alarm. Users can easily monitor the overall machine status, including detailed parameters such as operating mode, cycle start, feed hold status, and emergency stop.
