JBF293K Green Bird Fire Interface Card Modbus_RTU/TCP Protocol Documentation Communication Remote Commissioning Service
[Acquisition programme]
The software system or collection gateway provided by our company supports to collect the fire alarm data and deposit it into the designated database, or upload it to the third party software system, fire IOT cloud platform.
I. Features: 1. Four communication interfaces: CAN0, CAN1, RS232, and RS485. 2. 8-position DIP switch (not currently used). 3. Converts the fire controller's external CAN signals to RS232 or RS485 protocols for output to other controllers or a data center. 4. Defaults to CAN0 input, RS232 output (baud rate 9600), forwards all messages, and controller number 0 (receives messages from any controller).
II. Configuration Options: 1. Based on actual needs, the interface card can be configured using the PC configuration tool ConfigSoftware_JBF293K.exe as follows: 2. Input Interface: Use CAN0 or CAN1. 3. Output Interface: Use RS232 or RS485. 4. Serial Port Baud Rate: Supports 2400, 4800, 9600, and 115200. 5. Forward Information: All messages or only fire alarm messages. 6. Controller Number: Configurable from 0 to 99. When set to 0, the interface card receives CAN messages from any controller number. When set to a non-zero value, the interface card only receives CAN messages from the corresponding controller.
III. Indicator Lights: 1. CANO: Flashes once for each data frame sent. Normally, it alternates on and off every 500ms. If a fault occurs, it remains off. A steady yellow light indicates no CAN message has been received for 15 seconds. 2. Communication: Flashes once for each data frame sent. 3. CAN1: Flashes once for each data frame sent. A: Flashes once for each 485 data frame sent; B: Flashes once for each 485 data frame received.
