Kaifeng Qingming Shangheyuan Main Beam Offset Monitoring Project Case Study
1 Project Background
Qingming Shangheyuan Scenic Spot is located in Kaifeng, the ancient capital of eight dynasties, which is a large-scale historical and cultural theme park of the Song Dynasty according to the blueprint of China's famous heirloom painting "Qingming Shanghe Tu" with 1:1 restoration and reappearance. History has made Kaifeng, culture has made the park famous.
Since its official opening to the public in 1998, Qingming Shangheyuan has always adhered to the development policy of "reproducing the thousand-year historical scroll and building a national high-quality scenic spot", and has always led the cultural tourism industry in the Central Plains through its grand scale, rich cultural connotation of the Song Dynasty, unique ancient recreational facilities, novel performance repertoire, and brand-new concept of leisure and holiday.
It has always led the development direction of the cultural tourism industry in the Central Plains and created the praiseworthy phenomenon of "Qingming Shangheyuan" in the tourism industry.
Over the past twenty years, Qingming River Garden has won many honours such as Famous Brand of China Tourism, National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base, National 5A Grade Tourist Attractions, Top Ten Cultural Tourist Attractions in China, Famous Brand of China Tourism and Culture Influencing the World, and Henan Provincial Governor's Quality Award, and so on.
2 Project Requirements Research and Analysis
Demand analysis: Qingming Shangheyuan scenic area, Song school, around the observation deck for the imitation Song architecture, scenic area to ensure safety, the need for observation deck load-bearing columns and the main beam monitoring, in order to prevent the main beam offset caused by safety hazards, the site of the eight points need to be monitored with or without offset.
3 Project programme
The 4G laser rangefinder hardware acquisition programme is used to indirectly monitor the main beam offset by monitoring the distance between the main beam and the fixed position on the ground, which is practical in terms of cost and construction.
Considering that the site can not be wired, the laser range finder is powered by batteries, and the laser range finder is installed at 8 points of the main beam to measure downwards to monitor the position of the main beam with or without movement. The collected data is transmitted to the platform via 4G to facilitate the client to view the data.
4 Project implementation
1. The battery-powered laser rangefinder is provided to the customer by Digital Internet of Things.
- The customer receives the equipment and cooperates with our technicians for installation, and the technicians remotely configure the protocol gateway. (See the following figure)
