Online monitoring of the operating status of air compressors in factory machine rooms monitors the compressor's AC operating current in real time, determining its power on/off and standby status. Wireless remote transmission is then sent to an IoT platform cloud server or MES system. This solution utilizes passive, wireless, low-power LoRa current sensors, with CTs powered by their own power supply. Open-type transformers eliminate the need for an external power supply and installation without disrupting wiring or shutting down the equipment, ensuring convenient and efficient operation.
