Workshop production line supporting mechanical instrumentation data acquisition difficulties, for the mechanical pressure gauge data acquisition, the instrument does not have a specific external communication interface, corresponding to the corrosive environment, the construction is difficult. It is necessary to realise real-time data acquisition to achieve effective monitoring of production line data indicators. According to the project background and implementation difficulties, we as a product and supporting solutions provider with the implementer (Yangtze River Institute) to customize the wireless timer camera image recognition program, to achieve the acquisition of pointer pressure gauge values and records, the camera can be analyzed through the image of the meter reading, can be achieved by the analysis of the history of the data retrospective, and the requirements of the intranet environment to achieve the data acquisition and transmission.
II. Technical parameters and implementation programme
2.1 Technical methods and routes:
For the pointer meter of this intelligent meter reading, as well as the detection environment and other factors, it is proposed to adopt the camera to take photos, wireless data transmission and visual recognition for reading, storing and analysing the data of the pointer meter; one or two cameras are used to take photos of a row of meters (5).
2.2 Implementation of hardware products and implementation of technical solutions
Hardware products, in accordance with the requirements of the need for intranet environment, the use of our company supporting timing camera (SC-GP-CAM), POE power supply version, so that the signal power supply share the same network cable, reducing the complexity of construction wiring. 2.3 Technical indicators:
(1) Recognition accuracy ≥99.5% under the condition of ensuring that the dial is not dirty, water mist, broken glass, etc.; the photo taken must be clear, and the meter scale and numbers can be clearly distinguished;
(2) Meter reading frequency ≤ 1 minute / times, can adjust the collection frequency;
(3) Stable operation cycle of the system ≥ 60 days; single fault processing time <24h, software problems caused by the failure of the downtime rate <1% (hardware depends on the situation);
(4) Data storage time ≥ 6 months;
(5) Protection level IP65, working environment temperature -10 ° C ~ 50 ° C, humidity 0 ~ 95% (non-condensing);
Third, the site implementation and commissioning
According to the layout of the site instrumentation, a total of 4 sets of cameras, including 2 sets of cameras covering 2 pointer meters, 2 sets of cameras covering 3 pointer meters, the presence of corrosive environments to ensure that the camera is not corroded, the Yangtze River Institute to follow up on the implementation of the actual environment, to increase the heat shield for the camera (refer to the following figure for the installation of the legend)
On-site docking debugging, with the implementation of fine-tuning the camera position, clean up the camera dial (to ensure the clarity of the dial, etc.), one by one to eliminate the factors affecting: dial label removal, to avoid shield water mist, change the installation position to avoid reflection of the light source and so on.
Fourth, the implementation results
According to the requirements of the project, the image recognition method, after successful data acquisition, the data is deposited into the database, and the image path and recognition results to achieve a one-to-one correspondence.
