Distributed photovoltaic "four can" refers to observable, measurable, adjustable, controllable. The specific meanings are as follows.

 

Observable: Realise distributed PV station data collection, including active, reactive, voltage, current, switching information and other data, so that users and dispatchers at all levels can understand the operation of distributed PV stations in real time.

 

Measurable: Realise accurate power prediction of distributed PV power generation, including medium-term (0h-240h), short-term (0h-72h), and ultra-short-term (15min-4h) power prediction data, to ensure accurate and controllable operation of the station.

 

Adjustable: The main station of dispatching automation realises the automatic adjustment of active power and reactive power of the stations through control devices, such as group control and group regulation system: AGC, AVC control system, etc., to ensure that the stations are operated in accordance with the requirements of dispatching at all levels.

 

Controllable: Using dispatching automation system, power consumption collection system or group control and group regulation system, etc., to realise the overall control of the operating condition of the station, and achieve unified management and centralized control.

 

The station should be able to collect real-time grid information, electrical analogue and power data. Real-time grid connection information mainly includes: switch status of grid connection points, voltage, current, active and reactive power of grid connection points, etc., and uploaded to the dispatching organisation. The basic information provided by the station shall include but not limited to the following. Electrical analogue quantities mainly include: voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor and frequency of the parallel network point; status quantities: breaker status of the parallel network point, fault information, distributed power communication status and other signals. Electricity data mainly contains: active and reactive power, time-sharing, measurement demand, event records and other information at the gateway metering point.
