Three-Phase Power Supply Support for Both Star/Wye and Delta Configurations
We are seeking a quotation for the manufacturing and development of an IoT device designed
to measure temperature using six NTC sensors and monitor the power of a three-phase power
supply, with support for both star/wye and delta configurations.
Key system requirements:
● Power Supply: The device must be powered by the power supply being monitored, 85 ~
305 VAC.
● Connectivity: The system should support Wi-Fi communication and be accessible as an
IoT device via an online platform for diagnostic checks and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates.
● Cable Requirements: A cable has to be supplied, featuring a 14-pin connector (or
alternative) on one side, with the other side consisting of:
○ Six NTC sensors
○ Three current clamps for current monitoring
○ Three terminal ring connectors for AC line connection.
● Firmware Development: Firmware for the system also has to be developed.
● Sensors accuracy and range:
○ Temperature: -50 - 150 C (+- 5%)
○ Voltage: 0 - 450 V (+- 5%)
○ Current: 0 - 100A (+- 5%)
○ Sensor cable length: 2 meters
○ The system must be able to measure apparent power, active power and power
factor
● On-board sensors diagnostics: The compute board must be equipped with a
temperature, pressure and humidity sensor:
○ Temperature: -50 - 150 C (+- 10%)
○ Pressure: 300 - 1200 hPa (+- 10%)
○ Humidity: 0 - 100RH% (+- 10%)
● LED: A RGB LED must be visible on the exterior of the box to provide information about
the state of the sensors.
● Waterproofing: IP65

● Size: Maximum dimensions of 12 cm x 12 cm x 12 cm
● Compute Chip: Choice of compute chip is at your discretion
● Data Sampling Rate: 10 Hz
